Shades of Brilliance Artwalk is a free, all-ages community celebration highlighting Black creativity, culture, music, fashion, food, and artistic expression in the heart of Downtown Bellevue. This immersive outdoor experience transforms the city into a living gallery featuring: local Black artists & makers, live performances, interactive art activations, fashion experiences, community dance moments, creative vendors & artisans, family-friendly programming, & food, music, and cultural connection.
