We connect local artists with paid opportunities to perform, teach, exhibit, and create. Whether it's a mural, workshop, fashion show, or live event, we champion artist-led experiences that engage, inspire, and empower communities.

Through community-rooted programs, public art projects and collaborations, we use art as a vehicle for conversation, healing, and transformation. Artists lead the way—and we ensure they’re resourced to do it well.

Cultivate exists to expand access and create equitable, paid opportunities for artists. We center creative labor by ensuring artists are financially compensated for their work while building community partnerships that generate meaningful impact through the arts.

At the heart of Cultivate, is “the collective” a growing community of artists we support holistically through quarterly creative meetups, connection, and shared resources.

We provide thoughtful representation, creative direction, and strategic support for emerging and established artists. Our management approach is rooted in partnership, helping artists grow sustainable careers while staying true to their vision.

🛍️ Retail & Artisan Goods

Our curated retail experiences—like the Cultivate Art Boutique—offer space for handcrafted, one-of-a-kind works by BIPOC artists. From fine art to wearable pieces, our shelves reflect the richness of culture, craft, and identity.
